Fall class schedule 2025
Having recently moved to the North Shore area of Massachusetts for the school year, Caitlin is now teaching once a week at ALIGN Step + Strength in Newburyport and bi-weekly at RISEiliance Wholehearted Yoga & Wellness Sanctuary, in Amesbury, MA. She and her little family will be back in Nantucket mid-June thru August 2026 for the high season. As always, she is available for private and semi-private classes in person or remotely, any time of year.
Mondays 10:30am: Vinyasa Flow
A 50-minute heated breath-to-movement practice with posture and alignment guidance. Moving slowly and intentionally, you’ll feel into each shape as you transition from a gentle warm-up into a steady, energized flow. The practice closes with restorative postures, leaving you grounded, renewed, and guided into a deeper connection of breath, body, and mind. Designed to awaken the body and deepen self-awareness. This class is heated to 90 degrees. Beginners and all levels welcome.
Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:30am: SLOW Flow
Slow Flow is a slower-paced Vinyasa class that offers all the benefits of flowing movement, with more time to breathe, feel, and refine each pose. It’s a mindful, steady practice that builds strength and flexibility while creating space for grounding and self-awareness. Perfect for all levels, this class invites you to move with intention and reconnect to your body at a more nurturing rhythm. This class is not heated. . Available for everyone on demand any time

YOGA FOR CANCER CARE
A two time cancer survivor herself, Caitlin brings a genuine love to this special bi-weekly free class. This practice is for those navigating cancer as well as their loved ones.
Open to anyone in any stage of the process: diagnosis, treatment and recovery and their family members with ZERO prior yoga experience necessary. Students are encouraged to use supportive props they can find at home: pillows, blankets, towels, eye pillows, etc. to have the most relaxing experience.
These classes are 100% FREE for patients and their caregivers.

Caitlin Marcoux, e-RYT, LMT, Coach
Caitlin has been a licensed clinical massage therapist since earring her degree from the Soma Institute for Clinical Massage Therapy in Chicago, IL. in 2005. In addition to working with clients to reduce stress and find balance, Caitlin specializes in deep tissue bodywork and treating clients with sports related injuries. She enjoys using massage to speed athletic recovery and aid athletes achieve their performance goals.
As an instructor with nearly 2 decades of teaching experience, Caitlin has become known for her unique synthesis of traditional yoga with music-infused flow. Most of her classes always include a strong focus on mobility and core work. Not a stranger to adversity, she fortifies her teaching with wisdom gleamed from personal loss and multiple battles with cancer.
She has been a visiting teacher at studios all over New England and remains a frequent guest Nové Yoga in West Dennis and The Yoga Loft in Marblehead, MA. Over the years, she has taught at multiple yoga festivals including as a regional headliner at the 2015 Maine Yoga Festival and as a featured presenter at the 2016 Yoga Reaches Out New England Yogathon at Gillette Stadium.
In 2015 Caitlin was an honoree of the Massachusetts General Hospital’s Cancer Center’s The One Hundred, which recognizes “100 Everyday Amazing individuals and groups each year who are changing how we fight cancer.” She continues to advocate and support cancer patients through yoga and wellness mentorships.
She has been featured in N Magazine, Mantra Magazine and Origin Magazine for her work as a cancer activist and her writing has been published on elephant journal and RebelleSociety.com
Caitlin leveled up to e-RYT Prana Vinyasa Yoga teacher in 2016 and in 2017 she added certified personal trainer to her resume. Recently she began studying with former pro-cyclist and yoga teacher Leslee Schenk Trzcinski with a focus on Yoga for Athletes.
Recently become obsessed with mountain biking, bikepacking and has returned to CrossFit.
She relocated to the North Shore of MA in August of 2025, where she is currently teaching at Align Step + Strength in Newburyport and RISEiliance Yoga in Amesbury. She is also a guest faculty member for this year’s 200-hour yoga teacher training at Nove Yoga, in West Dennis on the Cape.
